ABC PRODUCCIONES COM SAS commits not to disclose to third parties the confidential information received from the Client for the purpose of translation, interpretation, or any other service provided by the company. Consequently, it undertakes to keep it confidential and private, to avoid its disclosure, and will only disclose it to translators, interpreters, and other personnel who need to know it. In addition, you will consider signing any agreement that the client deems pertinent in this regard.

You agree not to reproduce, disclose, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission from us. You are expressly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, disclosing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting confidential information including but not limited to: our business plans, advertising, and marketing strategies, technical, industrial, or commercial information, samples, prototypes, photos, work plans, processes, supplier and pricing information, agreed negotiation terms, contracts, special worksheets and the like, all of the above of vital importance to ABC Producciones and its customers, representing a valuable asset for ABC Producciones COM SAS and its customers and whose handling requires responsibility, care, and confidentiality by ABC PRODUCCIONES COM SAS and the User who accepts these terms and conditions at the time of registration.

The User agrees that:

(b) It will take the measures that are reasonably necessary to prevent the disclosure to a third party of the Confidential Information;

(c) The Confidential Information will not be used for any purpose other than what ABC Producciones COM SAS deems appropriate.

(d) As soon as requested, the Confidential Information will be returned to ABC Producciones COM SAS. And

​

(e) in the event that the Interpreter is legally required to disclose any portion of the Confidential Information, the Interpreter shall immediately notify ABC Producciones COM SAS and the Owner of the information, so that the latter may take the necessary measures to protect its Confidential Information.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
